Achievd, the career vault your resumes are written from

A career vault that stores and grades your professional achievements, then generates job-matched resumes, cover letters, performance reviews, promotion cases and interview prep from them, using only work you actually recorded.

What Achievd does

What is a career vault?

A career vault is a permanent, private record of what you actually accomplished at work. Instead of rewriting your history from memory for every application, you record each achievement once. Achievd scores it for strength and impact, and every resume, cover letter or review document is generated from that record.

How is Achievd different from a resume builder?

A resume builder helps you produce one document and forgets it. Achievd keeps the underlying record of your work and generates documents from it, so the second application takes minutes rather than an evening, and the same record also produces performance reviews, promotion cases and interview prep.

How is Achievd different from AI resume tailoring tools?

Tailoring tools rearrange whatever you paste into them, so the output is only as strong as what you remembered that evening. Achievd works on the input: your achievements are captured with their numbers, scored, and kept, and tailoring to a posting is one of several outputs generated from that record. The same vault also produces cover letters, review documents and interview prep.

Does Achievd invent achievements or metrics?

No. Output is built only from what you recorded about your own work. Achievd will prompt you for a missing number, but it does not fabricate results, employers or metrics.

Where do the scores come from?

Every achievement is graded on four dimensions, each relative to your role: the scope of the work, the value it produced by your role's own yardstick, your ownership of it, and its difficulty. The score arrives with that breakdown and with what would raise it, so a middling number points at its own fix, which is usually a missing measure rather than a rewrite.

Do I need to be job hunting to use Achievd?

No, and the vault is most valuable between searches. Recording wins while they are fresh means the numbers are still in reach, and the same record drives performance-review self-assessments, promotion cases and 1:1 prep in the meantime. When a search does start, the material is already captured and scored instead of being reconstructed from memory.

Can I use Achievd from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. The Achievd connector lets any assistant that supports remote MCP servers read your vault and add to it, so logging a win takes one sentence in the conversation you already have open. It records only what you actually said: a result mentioned without a number is stored without a number. The connector requires a paid plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan is a one-time set of allowances that do not renew: store up to 50 achievements, one resume import, twelve achievement auto-grades and one watermarked resume preview, enough to build a vault and see it scored before paying. No card is required.
